The Group's principal activities are building, construction and real estate in Bangladesh, either directly or through its subsidiaries. Those activities range from the purchase and sale of real estate to development, maintenance and management of various projects, which include planning, building and selling of residential buildings, apartments, hotels, offices, trade centers, Heavy  and small Vehicle, Construction Item, Generators, Asphalt plant, Industrial Plant. The Group is also involved in the development of the infrastructure for 'build-your-own-home' neighborhoods and real-estate investments, mainly in Chittagong. The Group owns some income producing assets and is currently engaged in building Apartment  through its subsidiary.
