Civil Aviation High School in Cantonment, Dhaka

Civil Aviation School and College is an educational institution located in tTejgao, Dhaka city. An educational institution run by the Civil Aviation Authority located at Old Airport, Tejgaon, Dhaka. The school was functioning as Staff Welfare High School from 22/07/1963 when Bangladesh Civil Aviation Authority changed the name to Civil Aviation High School on 23/07/1996. Later it was established as Civil Aviation School and College. This institution has been developed to meet the challenges of the 20th century by teaching students from the infant class to the twelfth class by experienced teachers. Currently, teaching is done here in three departments – humanities, science, and business education. The institute got approval to teach the English version from 2017 and class XI from 19 June 2018. In addition to the time spent in educational institutions, the impact of the environment on students, and the influence of parents and teachers affects every life. Therefore, the joint efforts of parents and teachers are vital to helping them grow and develop their latent talents. In order to make them action-oriented, responsible, and self-reliant, the role of teachers and parents is also expected. Every student must be energetic, hardworking, honest, and disciplined to succeed. Therefore, in addition to teaching in this school, students have also emphasized character building. We are hopeful that this educational institution will emerge in its own light and make a strong contribution to brighten the lives of all its students.
