ALOGHAR program of DISA was started initially as a Child Rights Center in the year 2003 with the financial support of UCEP Bangladesh and Save the Children Sweden-Denmark; which continued up to 2008. After the end of the project and financial support, the Center was going to be put into the Dark. The Chief Executive of DISA, Md. Shahid Ullah was keen to continue the service of the Center widely for the community people and children considering the social and community need. As per his planning, the center was renamed ALOGHAR (which means LIGHTHOUSE in English) and has been given priority and started providing support from the other project of DISA to keep up its activities smoothly.

Very good place to self study. Open 7 days a week. Sat-sun 9.00 Am to 9.00 Pm. Friday 9.30-12.30 Pm and 3.30 Pm to 9.00Pm. No holiday. Food arrangement is available there.
