The Apex retail chain was launched in 1997 to cater to the footwear needs of the Bangladeshi consumers. Since then Apex has sought to adeptly make use of their expertise in shoe-making, gathered through serving major shoe retailers all over the world to provide high quality and fashionable footwear to all. With a separate factory, central distribution centre, 214 own retail outlets, 401 authorized resellers and 10 depots, Apex ensures nationwide coverage. As a result, Apex has become the fastest growing shoe retail network in Bangladesh with an Annual Sales Growth of roughly 28%. While the unstructured footwear market occupies the majority, the structured market is worth over 2000 crores – both combined, the local footwear market is worth about 7000 crores; and Apex annually contributes to about 650 crores to it. There are nine in-house brands under Apex which cater to people of all ages. The brands are - Venturini, Apex, Maverick, Sprint, Moochie, Nino Rossi, Sandra Rosa, Twinkler and SchoolSmart. While the company has earned its reputation predominantly through its men’s shoes and sandals, it has expanded its ladies and kids product range as well - making Apex the go to destination in the country when it comes to stylish footwear choices.
