3rd classs serevice are available in uttara branch.and their ASUS collection..i have bought a laptop from Ryans model:VivoBook s510u.after using 2 months i recognised left side speaker sound not clear and keyboard key not working.i was show them and they fix it .after solve an half month my right side speaker sound not clear ...then i was bring it uttara branch. after 12/13 days they back the prouducts without any work.when i told them the problem was not fix.why????they replayed they donot know.....who knows??? asus knows this ... and also told... give me your email we will inform you what happend or why they didnot fix it??but they can not any feedback still now.now i have a question to RYANS 1.by bought this laptop my job is to go customer service center and come agin and agin with lots of problem why??
