overrated room rates on its class... don't be fool on its online / website pictures as this is way beyond in real life. room has an unpleasant smell unless you request to spray it with air freshener, bed linens are clean to look.at but uncomfortable to sleep with, maybe because of sanitation issue. Security is also an issue as bystander can access to hotel lift and could access hotel guest room floors... Food are totaly not good and only caters to its local guest. i felt I was robbed by Richmond Hotel and Suites in Dhaka, Bangladesh for the price that did not match on its service

Overall very good with 3.5* hotel may be 4* for friendly stuff and service. 4* for restaurant food quality and preparation time. Good points - Great staff. Very polite. - Friendly - Good location. Near Airport. Negative - On main highway. High traffic noises but not too bad at night. - It's not a hotel but an Apartment Suites - No car parkings or drivers quarter. (Can park on main road and security will look after) Thank you.
