Rasomoy Memorial High School is an esteemed educational institution located in the heart of Sylhet district city, a symbol of heritage and learning. Established in 1930 in the bustling area of the city, during the Indian independence movement, the then Director of Public Education, Cunningham, issued a notice that parents had to assure the government that their children would not participate in the anti-British movement if they wanted them to attend government schools.
