Pallabi Mazedul Islam Model High School in Mirpur 12, Pallabi

Pallabi Mazedul Islam Model High School is shortly known as Pallabi M. I. Model High School. This School has been founded in 1978.

The school got official recognition in 1979 and, starting at the junior level, became a full-fledged high school known as Pallabi Mazedul Islam Model High School. Zahurul Islam, the late head of the Islam Group of Industries and the top local businessman, entrepreneur, and eminent figure in the nation, was later acknowledged as the school's creator by providing land and funding for it.

In 1986, the school was renamed Pallabi Mazedul Islam Model High School after his younger brother late Mazedul Islam.

At present, the overall development of the school is under the leadership of Alhaj Ilyas Uddin Mollah, Honorable MP of Dhaka-16 Constituency. Navana Group Chairman Mr. Safiul Islam Kamal extended his hand of cooperation and improved the infrastructure of the school. This is one of the best schools in Pallabi area.
