Services are not so good and very expensive! Customer service is also very bad. Their behavior is very rude!

The doctor in the CCU department was very arrogant. He refused to talk to the patients 'guardian' despite numerous requests. Apparently he was very busy. Absolutely rubbish customer service. If you have a critically ill patient then do not use this hospital. You will receive no information from the doctors. It's like a scene from a Bollywood movie. Pay the fees and they will deal with you.

Almost all facilities available.. Such as Cabin, operation theature, HDU, ICU, CCU, Own Blood bank, own pathology own dialysis facility , . But imagine, NICU facility not available. and you must be faced lift facilities. Actually patients are overcrowed in such small space.. After all huge number of consultants are available there.
