“Good international standard hotel in Khulna†My second stay in this hotel. Great location directly in behind the Novoair bus stop. Checkin was quick despite the lobby being quite busy. The room is tastefully decorated and clean. Air con works, as does the hot water system. Free wifi with several strong signals on each floor. Plenty of hanging space and a large bed with slightly hard mattress but comfortable enough. There is no safe for valuables. Breakfast buffet was sprawling including excellent quality local Bangla dishes, juices, soups and cereals. Very good value for the price. Nicer than the other international standard hotel alternative down the road.

Very very rude, if you are not married you are not welcome†We booked through booking.com on arrival we where informed we could not stay as we where not married. The general manager was so rude to us to the point his staff where embarrassed. He said the rules where on booking.com, they are not and also checked there website no rules about being married. We have stayed at 6 hotels while traveling in Bangladesh. The obnoxious general manager was the worst general manager I have met...I do hope Bangladesh caters for tourists better in the future or get rid of general managers like him
