Absolute Scam — Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This "tech shop" is nothing more than a dumping ground for broken electronics and e-waste. I purchased an item here that was completely defective right out of the box. It is incredibly frustrating to spend your hard-earned money only to realize you've been sold literal garbage. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely dismissive and refuses to take any responsibility for selling faulty products. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Take your business anywhere else! **চরম প্রতারণা — ভুলেও এখানে যাবেন না!** যদি শূন্য (০) রেটিং দেওয়ার কোনো সুযোগ থাকত, আমি নিশ্চিতভাবে সেটাই দিতাম। এই "টেক শপ" আসলে নষ্ট ইলেকট্রনিক্স এবং ই-বর্জ্যের ভাগাড় ছাড়া আর কিছুই নয়। আমি এখান থেকে একটি পণ্য কিনেছিলাম, যা প্যাকেট থেকে খোলার পর থেকেই সম্পূর্ণ নষ্ট। নিজের কষ্টার্জিত টাকা খরচ করে আক্ষরিক অর্থেই আবর্জনা কিনেছি ভেবে চরম হতাশা কাজ করছে। সবচেয়ে বাজে বিষয় হলো, নষ্ট পণ্য বিক্রির পর তাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস কোনো দায় নিতে রাজি নয় এবং তাদের ব্যবহারও চূড়ান্ত অসহযোগিতাপূর্ণ। নিজের সময়, টাকা এবং মানসিক শান্তি বাঁচাতে অন্য যেকোনো দোকানে যান। এদের একেবারেই বিশ্বাস করবেন না!
