Cookups is a community of people who love food, we connect diners to home cooks. Since our inception in 2016 as a Facebook group, till now, our community of food lovers has grown to 150,000+ members and 2000+ registered cooks and vendors.

Our thriving ecosystem includes home cooks, commercial kitchens, artisanal producers and responsible grocers.

Our mission is to empower through sharing healthy and delicious food. We believe that food can be empowering in many forms. It provides nourishment, and at the same time also helps us create memories by evoking all the senses. Food is also a powerful tool of creative expression, one which enables our cooks to earn from home doing what they love.

Our vision is to create a homemade revolution - where everyone can have a taste of home. We believe the key to this is creating exceptional customer experiences, by:

• Serving homemade food that is wholesome, delicious and nourishing as well as good value for money.
• Delivering food safely from locations all over the city. *
• Ensuring that standards of hygiene are being maintained and that the food is prepared in a clean environment.
• Providing reliable customer service and maintaining a constant feedback loop from our Diners and Cooks so we can continually improve.
• Unlike other platforms which are on-demand, all food on Cookups is available on a pre-order basis and as we do deliveries that are upto 4 km in distance, the food will be delivered within a one hour window of the time chosen.
