The 10(Ten) storied brick-cladded building has nine floors with one apartment on each floor, each apartment has 5 bedrooms with attached baths and excellent views overlooking the Uttara.

The rooms of the apartments are pleasantly furnished with all handcrafted solid mahogany wooden furniture of the neo-classical style. All the rooms have individual closets, a mini-bar (Non-alcoholic), an electronic safe,s and an electric kettle for making in-room tea or coffee.   Each apartment has a fully furnished living room and a dining room for the common use of the five rooms of the apartment. There is also a fully equipped European kitchen on each floor which can be used by the residents for any of their own special cooking needs. The rooms of the apartments can be separately rented individually on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
