A network of tea shops with a worldwide franchise is called Chatime. It runs 1,002 locations throughout 30 nations. It initially established a location outside of Taiwan in California in 2006, and since then it has spread to places including Malaysia, Canada, the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, India, Dubai, China, Japan, and Korea. It uses franchising as a strategy for development and expansion.

In 2017, it began its journey in Bangladesh. For its devoted Mirpur customers, they launched a store in Mirpur-1 in November 2018.
