Caritas Bangladesh: A Commitment to Charity and Humanitarian Service

Founded in 1967 as the eastern branch of Caritas Pakistan, Caritas Bangladesh became a national organization in 1971 and reintroduced its name in 1976. With its Central Office in Dhaka and eight Regional Offices across Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Dinajpur, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, and Sylhet, Caritas Bangladesh operates in Integrated Development, Disaster Management, and Human Resource Development. The organization currently works in 208 upazilas and extends its operations during national emergencies.
