Bogra Cantonment Public School & Collage in Bogra Sadar, Bogra

Founded in 1979, Cantonment Board provides 14 acres of land for the construction of its own building in the middle of the CMH and the army. In this land, the foundation stone of Bogra Cantonment Public School and College was established and then President Ziaur Rahman. Note that at that time, the organization was named as Cantonment Public School and College Bogra. On 27 March 1979, he inaugurated the construction work of the English H-shaped two-storied building. The organization started its formal journey on November 22, 1979. The organization played an important role in the beginning of the program, GOC of 11 Infantry Division Major General Amjad Ahmed Chowdhury, PSC Initially Bogra Cantonment Public School and College started teaching with 10-12 students in one room of the current CMH. At that time, lessons were given to the upper classes. In order to conduct the education program in the first phase, Major General Amjad Ahmed Chowdhury, PSC appointed two teachers (Mr. Shibandranath Bhowmick and Mr. Sajedul Islam) from Rangpur Cantonment Public School and College in this institute. Mr. Shibandranath Bhowmik acted as the Acting Principal. At the request of Begum Amjad Ahmad Chowdhury for the primary level teacher shortness, he started teaching at Mrs Rizia Altaf's wife, Colonel Altaf Hossain's wife. In his joining the teacher's shortage of teachers is temporarily relieved.
Movement of activities in the building and teacher appointment

In December 1979, the then President Ziaur Rahman inaugurated the company's own building. The teacher recruitment examination was held on December 11 and 12 in this new building. In the year 1979, the notification for admission was published from the first class to the eighth grade.

Recruitment of Principal and Vice-Chancellor and Formation of Full Board of Directors (1980)

After the admission of the student and after the recruitment process of the teachers, the appointment of permanent principal and vice-chancellor was taken. On 8 March 1980, Kazi Abdur Rashid, senior teacher of Comilla Ispahani Public School and College, was appointed as the Vice-Chancellor. In the same year, on April 3, Mr. Abdul Hannan, Assistant Professor of Jhenidah Cadet College, was appointed as Principal. In order to form a full board of directors, the Guardian rally was called in February 1980. The chief guest of the rally was GOC of 11 infantry division Major General Amjad Ahmed Chowdhury, PSC. In his presence, guardians of the guardians were elected by the direct vote.
Customized Transportation Structure

Bogra Cantonment Public School and College is situated about 10 kilometers away from Bogra Sadar and Sherpur Upazila headquarters. Therefore, the need for owning the organization's own transport has become increasingly visible for civilian students to travel safely to schools. In 1980, the transport sector of the organization started its journey by renting a 30-seat bus. But this arrangement was inadequate compared to the needs. Bogra cantonment board comes forward to resolve the problem of this new organization. They donate to a bus school with thirty seats. It was the company's own own transportation. In the next year, two more buses were added to the transport fleet. In October 1980, the chairman of the 11th Infantry Division, GOC Major General Abdul Mnanaaf, took the responsibility of the PSC. After taking office, he took initiatives to infrastructural development of the organization. He inaugurated the construction work of the specially important gymnasium for an educational institution.

To solve the problem of teacher-educated housing, two four-storey residential buildings and students plan to build hostels.

Recognition of Infrastructure Development and Education Board (1981)

On January 1, 1981, each section of the school has an additional branch and a new open class ninth grade. In the same year on 7 May, Bogra Cantonment Public School and College got the recognition of Rajshahi Education Board. On 16 June 1981, the chairman of the Board of Directors took charge of the 11 GOC of Infantry Division Major General RM Golam Muktadir, PSC. In 1981, the construction of staff quarters and hostels was started and the construction of gymnasium was completed. The purpose of the hostel for the students was to develop the institution similar to the cadet college.
First Board Examination (1983)

In 1983, the first batch from Bogra Cantonment Public School and College took part in SSC examination held under Rajshahi Board. Twenty-three people were examined in this year's science and humanities division. In the first year, the passing rate in the SSC examination was 91.30 percent. It is to be noted that the results of SSC examination in the whole country were seen in the context of Bogra Cantonment Public Sector and the results of this college were very rosy.
College section begins (1984)

Started in 1984, Cantonment Public School and College Bogra's College Section. In the SSC examination of 1983, two branches, which were passed from the school branch and newly enrolled in the college branch, were opened. One of which was science and the other human section.
