This privacy policy explains how Moumachi collects and uses customer information that has been provided by customers when using our services, including Moumachi’s website and mobile application (app). We collect information about customers in order to provide them with the best suitable information regarding businesses in Bangladesh.

Section 1: What information does Moumachi collect about customers & How?
Moumachi collects information from customers when they visit our website, use our mobile application (app), or order services/products via our website or mobile applications (app).

When customers use our website or app, we collect the customer’s GPS location (where applicable), crash logs, and device ID, and, when making an order, the customer’s address, phone number, and first name/last name. Moumachi also collects and stores additional information like e-mail addresses (required), and photos (optional). Customers can view the full list of collected information in the profile section on the web/app. You can also view the full list of collected information in section-9.

Moumachi does not collect any personal information about a customer unless customers voluntarily provide it to us.

Customers can have choices, the information they like to share with us. Note that, however, when signing up for our platform, you are required to accept our terms of use. You enter into an agreement with us under which you are entitled to use the platform in accordance with the Terms of Use. We collect some information from you to be able to perform our obligations under this contract. However, it is optional whether you provide this type of information or not; providing the information is necessary to use our platform.

GPS location(optional)- we use this to serve you(customer) nearby businesses & deliver your(customer) order.

Device or Other IDs- we use these for fraud prevention, security, personalization, and account management. Also, send in-app notifications or push notifications.

Password- To identify you (the customer) for personalization and security purposes.

Customer’s personal information- (number, address, and first/last name) is sent to the delivery team for delivery.

Crash logs- We also receive reports of app use crash logs from Firebase Crashlytics in order to continually improve your experience with our apps and services.

Gallery/Camera access(optional)- To upload your (customer's) profile photo, you (the customer) can use this or you (the customer) can skip it.

Payment data- We don't store or access any payment data. We just store the Transaction ID, when customers pay online like Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Those (Bkash, Nagad Rocket, Upay) mobile banking provides us with a Transaction ID to ensure your(customer) payment.

Remember that Moumachi will never use your personal information for any other purpose other than the ones mentioned above.

For the customer’s understanding, personal data is information that directly identifies the customer (such as the customer’s name, phone number, and address). 4.1 Profile Data (Master Data)
This includes the consumer’s first/last name, password, phone number, and, delivery address.

Why does Moumachi process this category?

This data is the customer’s master data, which Moumachi absolutely needs for Moumachi’s services. Without the customer’s name, phone number, and password, the customer cannot create a profile. This is the customer’s master data.
4.2 Profile Data (Additional Data)
This includes the customer’s profile photo and email address

Why does Moumachi process this category?

This data is the customer’s additional data, customer can skip this. This data is used for account management.
4.3 Delivery data
This includes the customer’s first and last name, delivery address, and phone number; order details; payment details (cash on delivery or online payments); and the order ID (just a few numbers). like 5421 or 5422. It needs to specify the order.

4.4 Order History Data
These include the customer’s order history (that is, whether the order is complete or incomplete, canceled or rejected, its details will be here), invoices (what service/product was ordered and how much it cost), and the order ID (it's just a few numbers). like 5421 or 5422. It needs to specify the order), comments on orders (Review), information on the payment method (mean cash on delivery or online payments), and delivery address.

Each time a customer places an order, this information will be added to the customer’s profile. The customer can view all this information in their profile at any time. Moumachi will use this information to improve Moumachi's services and optimize the platform for customers’ interests.
4.5 Location data
This includes the customer’s address, postcode, city, country, and the customer’s device’s longitude and latitude. This also includes GPS location (approximate location, precise location).

Why does Moumachi process this category?

Precise location- Moumachi needs this data to be able to deliver your (customer’s) orders (or enable the business so that you (customers) can order from it and it can be delivered to you). Moumachi creates the longitude and latitude automatically in order to be able to process your (the customer’s) delivery address.

Approximate location- Moumachi needs this data to be able to recommend which business is near the customer’s location. Without this data, Moumachi cannot show you(customer) businesses in your(customer) city.
4.6 Device or Other IDs
This includes your(customer's) individual device, browser, or app. For example, Device ID, Firebase installation ID

Why does Moumachi process this category?

Each time a customer enters Moumachi’s platform (app or website), this information is stored by us to prevent unauthorized activities and to identify a device or browser. Moumachi also uses parts of this information to detect suspicious behavior at an early stage and to protect Moumachi’s platform. Also, to send in-app notifications or push notifications.
4.7 App Data
This includes Crash logs.

Why does Moumachi process this category?

This action is needed to measure the performance of Moumachi’s app and provide better results to customers. We receive reports of app crash logs from Firebase Crashlytics in order to continually improve customers’ experience with our apps and services.

Moumachi processes customers’ personal data only in accordance with relevant data protection laws. Moumachi pays particular attention to the fact that all principles for the processing of personal data are taken from account. Therefore, Moumachi only processes customer’s data if this is lawful and the customer can reasonably expect it to be processed.

In order to be able to offer customers Moumachi’s services, the processing of personal data is essential. customers do provide us with some of this data of their own accord by entering our web/app on customers' devices. Moumachi collects other data automatically when customers are using Moumachi’s platforms(app/website).

5.1 Creating and operating the customer’s account; delivering the customer’s orders

    When creating a customer account, you (the customer) will be asked to enter the customer’s master data. This is absolutely necessary, as Moumachi cannot create a customer profile without this data. The customer’s phone number and first and last name are particularly important, as Moumachi can use this information to identify the customer in Moumachi’s system the next time the customer wants to log in again. Furthermore, Moumachi would like to ask customers to choose their passwords carefully.

    After the customer has logged in to the profile and made a selection, the products will be saved in the customer’s profile.
